Introduction
Nigeria Jobs Online is of the firm view that a high percentage of Job Seekers are unable to find employment simply because they are unemployable. Candidates lack the skills employers are looking for. Increasingly, organisations are seeking flexible employees who can adapt to change, are effective in operating in interdisciplinary teams, have confidence in presenting and have well-developed interpersonal skills.
Our programme aims to develop these skills in candidates over the three months training period.
Interventionist Programme
Our Employment Training Programme is aimed at addressing these short comings. We hope to bridge identified skills gap and competencies required in order to improve a candidates eligibility when seeking employment.
The Programme aims to develop business, management and personal skills. In consultation with employers, the programme focuses on those skills which are recognised as important for personal development in preparation for future career in a professional or management role working in the public, private or voluntary sector.
Structure
The programme is a mix of classroom sessions and work placement opportunities. The work placement is a unique feature of the programme as it complements what the candidates are taught in the classroom with real life business experience.
Duration
Each session of the programme runs for 3 Months; 4 Weeks Classroom session and minimum 8 Weeks Work Placement.

Training Cost - N25,000
Work placement organisation may offer travel allowance but not guaranteed.
