* Lead the business from a commercial and strategic point of view with P&L
responsibility.
* Develop the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and strategies, tactics, and
resources necessary to achieve the company’s growth and profit objectives.
* Evaluate the timely adjustment of sales strategy and plans to meet changing
market and competitive conditions as needed.
* Establish sales and marketing business plans and ensure constant follow-up.
* Provide sales and marketing skills and expertise to the company by building,
developing, and managing sales and marketing teams capable of carrying out
necessary strategies and tactics.
* Maintain primary responsibility for commercial contract negotiation and key
relationships with key customers.
