Our client, a leading Space Management company in Nigeria, seeks to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor who will be responsible for the following roles:
1. To manage the work of a team of full time and part time cleaning operatives
2. To recruit and train colleagues in accordance with Company procedures.
3. To deliver a high standard of customer service
4. To arrange cover in the event of absence and to agree overtime working as and when required.
5. To organise the workload of the team, ensuring an even distribution of work.
6. To ensure that all cleaning operatives are adequately trained to an acceptable level, commensurate with the duties they are to perform.
7. To ensure that the team of cleaning operatives perform to the standard required by Willco and the Client.
8. To monitor the performance of staff and take the necessary actions to manage performance of the cleaning operatives.
9. To order all cleaning materials required by the team, using agreed suppliers.
10. To ensure that cleaning materials are used in a safe manner and are kept secure.
