* Identify objective and purpose of all product/service communications
* Identify audience and appropriate formats for media
* Maintain two-way communications with sales staff and employees
* Measure effectiveness of communications strategy
* Produce and maintain external media communications
* Build community relations
* Produce and maintain employee communications
* Communicate the importance of customer service to employees
*Produce reports for internal analysis
* Identify and develop contingency plans and potential product / service exit strategy
* Effectively manage resources (people, time and budget)
* Track and monitor project progress and develop project work plan
* Identify and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers
