He/she will responsible for the following roles:
* Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing regional plans to meet the set targets in volume and margin for company business in line with our company vision and values.
* Perform monthly sales forecast and competitive analysis to determine product performance levels and the need for development and modification;
* Devise effective tactical strategies for exploring potential opportunities for the company; focusing on strategic alliances and competitive intelligence.
* Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the region and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for customers and sales teams.
